Who should download this form?
Experienced paddlers that want to join the club, paddlers that have recently attended at least one taster session and have been assessed at competent, current members that want to renew their membership or previous club members that want to rejoin the club.

Who should download this form?
Anyone that has little or no paddlesport experience at all should download this form if they want to attend a beginners course. In the first instance you should contact the Introduction Course Coordinator for more details. You will be sent this form during the course of communication before your beginners course starts. You can however download this form if you require it.

Who should download this form?
Any parent or guardian of a club member that is under the age of 18 that wishes their child to attend the club on a Friday Night or on a Taster Session or any other PzCC event, including a beginners course, should download this form and return it to the PzCC before their child attends any event.
